“The foreign buyer loved this unit! He liked the tasteful design, spaciousness and open layout which will fit their family-oriented lifestyle,” said Raymond.
Meanwhile, as the seller purchased this unit for his own stay, he had invested a significant sum on high-quality renovations. However, as he needed more space and land for his growing kids and pet dogs, he decided to move to a landed property.
“Despite being sold at a little above the average market price psf, it was still a good deal as this is a very rare and unique unit, especially the state-of-the-art kitchen,” he shared.
According to EdgeProp data, there were seven units that were transacted in 2020 with an average transacted price of RM2.7 million or RM695 psf.
Meanwhile, 21 units were listed for sale on EdgeProp.my in January 2022 with an average asking price was RM2.54 million or RM815 psf. At the same period, some 13 units were listed for rent at an average monthly asking rental of RM10,177 or RM3.04 psf.
