UOA Business Park is an MSC Malaysia Cybercentre certified office building comprising nine blocks of Grade A offices and a row of retail shops fronting the Federal Highway. The building also has a dedicated direct link bridge adjacent to  Subang Jaya KTM and LRT station.

This deal, concluded by Victor Lim from PropNex Realty, shared that the tenant is a multinational company that wants to set up an office near to Subang Jaya. 

Deciding on UOA Business Park, Lim shared that the tenant had favoured the development because of the amenities provided within the project as well as the corporate community that is present within it noting that it could help increase their brand’s presence as well.

The deal was a win-win situation for both the owner and the tenant as both parties were able to meet each other’s requirements. 

For the tenant, they were satisfied with the office space and the surrounding environment of the project. While for the owner, they were fortunate to have a tenant renting the entire floor which consists of two units. 

As of end-March 2022, 16 units at UOA Business Park have been listed for sale on EdgeProp.my with an asking price ranging from RM897,840 (RM869 psf against 1,044 sq ft built-up) to RM27.67 million (RM1,434.72 psf against 19,286 sq ft built-up). For rental listings, there are 17 units with a monthly rental price of RM1,800 (RM18 psf against 100 sq ft built-up) to RM540,000 (RM4.5 psf against 120,000 sq ft built-up).
