Persiaran Zaaba is one of the streets that make up the highly sought-after neighbourhood of Taman Tun Dr Ismail (TTDI), Kuala Lumpur. The mature residential area comprises mostly double-storey terrace houses, semidees and bungalows. There are also shoplots within the neighbourhood for daily conveniences.

According to Swiss Tan from IQI Realty, the previous owner decided to sell the property as they were downsizing. 

“They decided to move out for practical reasons. They were getting older and taking the stairs had become difficult.”

On the other hand, Tan said the purchaser comprised a young family who had relocated from a smaller landed house in search for one that could accommodate the growing family.

“They wanted to upgrade to a house that could provide enough space for their growing children.” 

Tan pointed out the purchaser had got a good deal as the price was rare for a semidee home in TTDI, where they were usually tagged between RM2.6 million and RM2.9 million. 

As of mid-April 2022, 65 semidee units at TTDI listed for sale on EdgeProp.my with an average asking price of RM2.94 million or RM782 psf. Meanwhile, there are no semidee units listed for rent at TTDI.
