Located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur city centre at Jalan Tengah, the luxury serviced residence is surrounded by various amenities and office towers. Housed in three residential blocks, the 440 units come with built-ups ranging between 1,131 sq ft and 6,769 sq ft. 

Meridin Properties’ real estate negotiator Daniel Chok said the purchaser fell in love with this penthouse unit on the first viewing. He had looked at other units earlier but could not find the perfect fit. 

The purchaser considered the premium unit a rare find in the central business district. Besides a direct view of the Petronas Twin Towers, he also liked the good condition of the unit, which had been renovated. 

Chok shared the owner had decided to sell the unit for liquidation purposes.

As of mid-April 2022, 22 units at St Mary Residences were listed for sale on EdgeProp.my with an average asking price of RM1.89 million or RM1,261 psf. Meanwhile, 23 units were listed for rent at an average monthly asking rate of RM6,426 or RM3.70 psf.
