Developed and completed by the Pavilion Group in 2018, Pavilion Suites Kuala Lumpur is a freehold luxury serviced apartment right next to Pavilion KL mall and facing the Jalan Bukit Bintang shopping belt.

Daniel Chieng from Meridin Properties Sdn Bhd stated that this unit was the purchaser’s second property. 

“They bought the property with the intention of making it their weekend house whenever they came over to the city centre,” said Chieng.

As at end-April 2022, 96 units of Pavilion Suites were listed for sale on EdgeProp.my with an average asking price of RM2.43 million or RM2,699 psf. Meanwhile, there were 100 units under rental listings with an average asking monthly rate of RM6,101 or RM6.77 psf.
