Ameera Residences is a condominium located in SS2, Petaling Jaya (PJ). It was developed by SDB Properties Sdn Bhd and comprises 290 units in a 30-storey tower.

Swiss Tan from IQI Realty shared that the previous owner had let go of the unit in favour of a smaller unit within the same condominium because he felt that the penthouse was too big for one person. 

In fact, Tan said this deal was a house swap with the new owner, where both parties were able to reach a consensus.

The new owner had been looking for a bigger unit for his family with two growing children. 

Tan said that most of the residents staying in the condominium are PJ natives from the SS2 and Damansara Jaya neighbourhoods who have opted for high-rise living. 

As at end-April 2022, 19 units of Ameera Residences were listed for sale on EdgeProp.my with an average asking price of RM422,311 or RM310 psf. Meanwhile, there is only one unit listed under rental listings with an asking monthly rate of RM5,500 or RM2 psf.
