Banyan Tree Signatures Pavilion was developed by the Pavilion Group and completed in 2015. This luxury serviced apartment is strategically located within Kuala Lumpur’s Golden Triangle, where it fronts the bustling street of Jalan Conlay, and comes with a link bridge to prime shopping malls in Jalan Bukit Bintang. The residential tower comprises 441 units within 60 storeys, with built-ups ranging from 1,076 sq ft to 2,195 sq ft.
Daniel Chieng from Meridin Properties Sdn Bhd said the previous owner, who was a foreigner, had decided to move back to his home country for good during the pandemic. So he wanted to liquidate his properties in Malaysia.
At the same time, Chieng said the unit was sold to its existing tenant.
“The buyer was an existing tenant residing in the unit. He enjoyed the ultra high-floor altitude and exquisitely designed apartment that came with nice renovated fittings.”
As at end-April 2022, there were 94 units in Banyan Tree Signatures Pavilion listed for sale on EdgeProp.my with an average asking price of RM3.3 million or RM2,112 psf. Meanwhile, there were 100 units under rental listings with an average asking monthly rate of RM8,314 or RM5.95 psf.
