Concluded by One WSM Property’s Meifen Low Mooi Hoon, the buyer liked the unit as it was an end lot which provided some extra space.

“This end-lot unit with extra space is a rare find. Plus, the shop also came with a tenant,” Low said, noting that the previous owner had wanted to dispose of the property as he was not based in Kuala Lumpur.

As of June 2022, there were four shoplot listings on EdgeProp.my in the neighbouring Lestari Perdana with an average asking price of RM1,239,500 or RM409.25 psf.
