Seni Mont Kiara is a luxury condominium jointly developed by Ireka Group via Aseana Properties Ltd.
The condominium comprises two 40-storey towers and two 12-storey low-rise blocks housing 605 units in total.
In addition to its ample facilities and resort-like ambience, the project is well connected by highways such as the North-South Expressway, Duta-Ulu Klang Expressway (DUKE) and Penchala Link.
According to Reapfield’s Peter Sek who brokered the deal, the tenant liked the unit because of the nice interior design and good quality finishing. Plus, the unit was well maintained.
“It was a fair deal given the present [tepid] market sentiments,” he noted, adding that the owner had bought the unit for investment purposes.
As of end-June 2022, there were 73 rental listings for Seni Mont Kiara on EdgeProp.my with an average monthly asking rent of RM8,166 or RM3.45 psf. Meanwhile, there were 81 for-sale listings with an average asking price of RM2,403,685 or about RM804 psf.
