Developed by Tan & Tan Developments Bhd, Prima Damansara is a low-density condominium project located in Damansara Heights, along Jalan Chempenai off Jalan Bruas.

It consists of 100 units spread across five low-rise blocks of five storeys each. Built-ups range from 1,200 to 2,100 sq ft.

There is easy access to the rest of the Klang Valley via Jalan Semantan, Jalan Duta, Jalan Tuanku Abdul Halim and Sprint Highway, as well as Semantan MRT station.

“It is a rare unit with an extra high ceiling and located on the top floor of a low-rise block.

“The buyer was the existing tenant who had rented the unit since October 2019. He liked the renovations done and the view of the surrounding greenery from the balcony,” said Evonne Lee of Jalin Realty, who concluded the deal.

The owner had received multiple offers for the unit prior but he declined them, choosing to wait for the right price [to sell], she added.

As of end-June 2022, there were 11 listings of Prima Damansara condo units on EdgeProp.my with an average asking price of RM1,359,273 or RM1,030 psf. Meanwhile, there were seven rental listings with an average monthly rent of RM5,828.57 or RM2.84 psf.
