Situated on the stretch of Sepang’s coastline, the Canary Palm Villa is strategically located for a relaxing vacation stay. As part of the AVANI Sepang Goldcoast Resort, it is well known for its overwater villas that extend out to sea in the form of a palm tree at aerial view.

According to Esther Ng of Hartamas Real Estate (M) Sdn Bhd, the buyer purchased the unit in cash since there were no bank loan facilities offered for the resort.

Ng also shared that the foreign owner-investors were selling the unit at a loss due to unfavourable currency exchange rates.

“The unit was sold below market value and hence, it was a good deal for the purchaser,” said Ng, adding that the rental return for this property was high.
