Taman Tun Dr Ismail (TTDI) is an affluent township in Kuala Lumpur, bordering other mature townships in Selangor.

Zack Ng of Zack Realty, who concluded this deal, said the previous owner put his house up for sale because he wanted to right-size.

The buyer liked the house because it had been extended and was on flat ground compared to other basic, split-level units in the area.

“Plus, the home was within walking distance to the TTDI Park,” added Ng.

As of end-July 2022, there were 12 terrace houses for sale in Jalan Datuk Sulaiman, TTDI with an average asking price of RM1,979,167 or RM828 psf. As for rental, there was one unit available with a monthly asking rent of RM3,800 or RM1.27 psf.
