“The buyer really wanted to buy his own shoplot,” Soh said, also noting that the previous owner wanted to cash out of the unit and buy his own land.

As of end-September 2022, there were nine for-sale listings for Jalan Warisan Sentral shoplots on EdgeProp.my with an average asking price of RM1,898,556 or RM 403.88 psf. Meanwhile, there were 21 rental listings with an average monthly rent of RM4,519.04 or RM 3.96 psf.
