Built majestically and towering over the Malacca City Centre, Silverscape Residences provides residents with an unobstructed view of the Straits of Melaka, together with the convenience of living in the heart of the city. 

According to Danny Kuah (REN 38011) (019-667 5933) of IQI Realty, who concluded the deal, the Singaporean owner of the unit had to sell it because she bought another property in her own country.  

The buyer liked the unit and immediately bought it in cash. The apartment was already fully furnished and renovated.

Kuah considered it a good deal as it was completed in a short period of time without much hassle. 

As of early October 2022, there were two for-sale listings for Silverscape Residences on EdgeProp.my with an average asking price of RM279,500 or RM542.72 psf.
