Eugene Liew (E 2362) (012-282 4488) of Space Realty, who concluded the deal, said that “the buyer liked the property as it has an unobstructed view of KLCC and the KL Tower alongside Merdeka 118”.

The land is also located on one of the most prime streets in Bukit Tunku’s “billionaire” row surrounded by stately homes.

Liew also added that the transaction was a good value for the buyer as it worked out to be just slightly above RM300 psf. 

As of early October 2022, there were 97 for-sale listings for Bukit Tunku bungalows on EdgeProp.my with an average asking price of RM16,100,000 or RM1,630.78 psf. Meanwhile, there were seven rental listings with an average monthly rent of RM20,142.86 or RM2.75 psf.
