This plot of agricultural land is situated in the town of Ringlet, Cameron Highlands. The land is also home to farmers, small-medium enterprises and migrant agricultural workers.

According to Alan Chew (REN 06499) (012-510 8699) of One WSM Property Sdn Bhd, who concluded the deal, the buyer liked the land as it was a good buy at a reasonable price for a freehold land in Cameron Highlands.

“A small size of one or two acres of freehold land is not easily available for sale in Cameron Highlands,” Chew explained. 

“Other freehold lands are offered at much higher price and at bigger land sizes,” he added. 

As of mid-October 2022, the for-sale average asking price for agricultural land in Ringlet on EdgeProp.my is RM 8,200,000.
