Jalan Gasing is one of the major roads in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. The neighbourhood surrounding the road has many established landmarks such as churches and Buddhist temples. The residential land is situated in this area.

According to K Jeevanathan (REN 43177) (603-6205 9668) from Metro City Realtors Sdn Bhd, who concluded the deal, the owner had to sell the plot of land as he was migrating while the buyer liked the land as he wanted it to build his dream bungalow home on it.

Jeevanathan felt this was a good deal since both buyer and seller were happy with the service and the deal that transpired.
