Jeevanathan felt that this was a good deal as the lease left was low and it involved a cash buyer.

As of the beginning of November, there were 66 for sale listings for Seksyen 1 bungalows on EdgeProp.my with an average asking price of RM2,226,288 or RM438.92 psf.
