Pajam is a developed industrial area located in Negeri Sembilan and is surrounded by development projects.
Michelle Chan (E1832) (011-1661 8000) of Chan Regency Realty, who concluded the deal, said the previous owner bought the land with plans of building a factory. However, due to the movement control order (MCO) and the pandemic, his plans were hampered, leading to the decision to sell the land. The buyer on the other hand likes the plot due to its strategic location.
Chan deemed the deal good as the buyer found the right land size and location for his expansion plan. Additionally, the plot of land is already cleared of all the bushes and is flat. Other than basic supply of utilities, LPG gas is also available on site.
As of early February, there were nine for sale listings for land at Pajam on EdgeProp.my with an average asking price of RM3,700,000. Meanwhile, there were also two rental listings with an average monthly rent of RM31,000.
