According to Joshua Selvan Yogaselvam (REN 34563) (017-613 3357) of Tech Real Estate (SJ) Sdn Bhd,  the buyers appreciated that the unit was elevated on a quiet and guarded street, perfectly matching their requirements. They also found the price per square foot reasonable for the current market. The previous owners were renting out the unit for some time but decided to liquidate the property as they advanced in age.

The latest transaction at Damansara Heights was recorded in October 2025, with a bungalow on 3,638.23 sq ft of land sold for RM1.75 million, translating to about RM481 psf (source: EdgeProp EPIQ).

As of beginning-February, based on *100 sale listings for bungalows on EdgeProp at Damansara Heights, the average asking price was RM7,786,214.90 or RM1,335 psf, based on land sizes ranging from 5,490 to 15,000 sq ft. For rentals, there were *41 listings, with an average monthly rate of RM22,365.85 or RM3.90 psf, based on land sizes ranging from 3,500 to 12,000 sq ft.
