The buyer was a first-time homeowner who was attracted by the house’s strategic location and value, having secured it at below market price. The previous owner decided to let go of the property to capitalise on a timely sale, and to fund retirement plans.

The latest transaction at Taman Kolam Air for a semi-detached house was recorded in October 2025, with a unit on 5,554.22 sq ft of land size sold for RM1.55 million, translating to RM279.07 psf (source: EdgeProp EPIQ).
