According to Zilla Ahmad (PEA 3896) (013-399 4986) of ESP Properties Sdn Bhd, the buyer was an investor who was attracted by the unit’s proximity (walking distance) to KLCC and Pavilion. The owner, a foreigner, decided to sell the unit as he was leaving Malaysia with no plans to return.
