The buyer also liked the original condition of the corner unit, which allowed for renovations based on his preferences. Compared with other nearby listings, some properties were tenanted, while others were located beside a Tenaga Nasional Bhd sub-station. The property was on the market for 12 months before it was sold. The previous owner sold the property because he already owned another home.
