According to Charles Phua (REN 52478) (010-219 8660) of Zeon Properties International Sdn Bhd, the buyer was interested in the unit because of its attractive pricing as it was sold via auction. After conducting a comprehensive review of the property's financial viability and market value, the buyer concluded that it represented a good purchasing opportunity. The previous owner said the unit was also acquired via an auction.

A transaction on Jan 24 saw a unit at Four Seasons Place with a built-up size of 1,689.95 sq ft sold at RM4.8 million, reflecting a price of RM2,840.32 psf (source: EdgeProp EPIQ).

As of end-July, based on *14 sale listings on EdgeProp for units at Four Seasons Place, the average asking price was RM8,734,929 or RM3,577.48 psf, based on built-up sizes ranging from 2,433 to 2,454 sq ft. Based on five rental listings, the average asking monthly rate was RM22,200 or RM10.08 psf, based on built-up sizes ranging from 2,013 to 2,412 sq ft.
