According to Jason Tan (REN 33157) (012-577 5107) of IQI Realty Sdn Bhd, the buyers opted for this unit because it was offered at below market price and within walking distance of their workplace. The unit stood also out for offering one of the largest layouts in City of Green for its price. It was in an almost move-in-ready condition, requiring only some loose furniture, and featured a KLCC-facing view — available only in Block B units. The property was on the market for three months before it was sold. The owner sold the unit as he wanted to make other investments.

Based on *20 rental listings, the average asking monthly rate was RM9,093.10 or RM2.33 psf, based on built-up sizes ranging from 1,000 to 1,200 sq ft.
