The unit also stood out for its views of the Kuala Lumpur city skyline, abundant natural lighting, favourable office orientation, pillarless layout that facilitated renovation works, and its vacant condition, allowing for immediate occupancy. The property was rented out in less than one month after listing.

A transaction on March 16 saw an office lot at The MET Corporate Towers with a built-up size of 1,356 sq ft sold at RM1.76 million, reflecting a price of RM1,297.94 psf (source: EdgeProp EPIQ).

As of beginning of August, based on *two sale listings on EdgeProp for units at The MET Corporate Towers, the average asking price was RM3,699,300 or RM1,399.63, based on built-up sizes ranging from 2,422 to 2,864 sq ft. Based on *17 rental listings, the average asking monthly rate was RM18,430.41 or 8.01 psf, based on built-up sizes ranging from 2,024 to 3,000 sq ft.
