The property stood out from similar listings because the owner was among the earliest to receive his keys and prepare the unit for rental. The property was on the market for less than one month before being leased. The owner felt he got an ideal tenant and was satisfied with the agreed rental.

As of the middle of August, based on *12 sale listings on EdgeProp for units at Swnk Houze, the average asking price was RM840,833 or RM1,566.02 psf, based on built-up sizes ranging from 463 to 657 sq ft. Based on *nine rental listings, the average asking monthly rate was RM3,861.11 or RM7.19 psf, based on built-up sizes ranging from 461 to 657 sq ft.
