PETALING JAYA: Kuala Lumpur’s latest boutique business hotel, The G City Club, will open its doors to local and international business travellers on March 28, 2010.

Located at the crossroads of Jalan Tun Razak and Jalan Ampang, the hotel has strong environment-friendly credentials with its location within Malaysia’s first internationally green-rated office building GTower (BCA Green Mark Gold, provisional).

The 180-room hotel is specifically designed for corporate and business executives. “Our 400 sq ft rooms are decorated in an organic theme, designed to ensure total comfort and offer business tools such as complimentary high-speed internet, IP telephony systems and IP television at a click of a button,” said The G City Club’s Executive Assistant Manager Karen King in a statement on March 23.

The hotel also offers services such as IT Concierge, business secretarial services and access to The Club, an exclusive private club on the penthouse floor of GTower.

“The G City Club caters to the busy executive that needs to recharge and provides the perfect setting to optimise your business needs in KL,” she said.

King added that the rooms are fitted with water-efficient fittings remotely connected to the building’s sophisticated building managing system, which monitors water usage.

To reduce toxicity and improve indoor environment quality, all building materials used are certified as being low-volatile organic compound paints.
