HSL gets nod for Samariang Aman 3 township

KUALA LUMPUR (June 28): Hock Seng Lee Bhd’s (HSL) unit Hock Seng Lee Construction Sdn Bhd has received the approval for its proposed Samariang Aman 3 township in Sarawak from the State Planning Authority.

In a filing on Thursday, HSL said that its unit had received the formal planning approval for a mixed development of 1,479 units of landed residential homes comprising a mix of semi-detached, quadruplex and terraced houses, 2,000 units of affordable housing and 40 units of commercial shop houses on the land.

HSL on March 6 announced it had acquired 275.5 acres of land in the Salak land district at Bandar Samariang townsjhip in Kuching for RM25.55 million for a proposed mixed development.
