KUALA LUMPUR: Naza TTDI has launched its latest residential product called Viola at its township TTDI Alam Impian in Shah Alam.

In a press release on Monday, Dec 13, over 95% of 2-storey terraced houses have been booked when it was launched. Viola is the second residential development phase in Alam Impian and it aims to provide an urban living experience for families.

"Our aim is to create a sanctuary for home owners that offer the convenience of contemporary living with the warmth and familiarity of a traditional neighbourhood," said Naza TTDI group managing director SM Faliq SM Nasimuddin.

There are 112 Viola units where buyers have four layout designs to choose. The built-up of the houses range from 1,952 sq ft to 3,116 sq ft, and prices start from RM431,000 to RM918,000. The area is easily accessible via several highways such as NKVE, KESAS, ELITE and the newly completed LKSA highway.

TTDI Alam Impian is a freehold mixed-development in Section 35, Shah Alam. This 208 acres self-contained project will in the end comprise of nine phases that will include terraced-houses, semi-detached homes, bungalows, apartments and shop offices.
