Melati Ehsan Holdings Bhd (KL:MELATI) topped out Bayu 2Sixty residences in Kemuning Prima, Shah Alam, on Friday.

Seremban-based developer Matrix Concepts Holdings Bhd (KL:MATRIX) topped out Levia Residence Kuala Lumpur in Pandan Perdana, Cheras on Thursday. The project has an 88% taken-up rate and is on track for completion in early 2027.

The ceremony also saw the announcement of Riverwell Resources Sdn Bhd, the wholly owned subsidiary of Teladan Group, appointed as the master developer for Phase 1, while MCorp will be the exclusive partner to promote and market 22 plots for purpose-built and built-to-suit facilities in Phase 1.

Scheduled for Feb 7 and 8, the tour will focus on the theme “Future Culture” and is open to the public.
