Chin Hin Group Bhd's (KL:CHINHIN) net profit rose 5.37% to RM37.99 million in the fourth quarter from RM36.05 million a year earlier, supported by a turnaround in its property development division.

LBS Bina Group Bhd (KL:LBS) said it recorded normalised profit after tax from continuing operations of RM44.73 million in the fourth quarter ended Dec 31, 2025 (4QFY2025) against a loss after tax of RM3.37 million in 4QFY2024, lifted by stronger contribution from its property development segment.

The retirement fund said it acquired 4.07 million IJM shares in three tranches on Feb 3, raising its total shareholding to 714.91 million shares.

GuocoLand (Malaysia) Bhd (KL:GUOCO), the property arm of Hong Leong Group, said its net profit fell 9.48% to RM6.67 million in the second quarter ended Dec 31, 2025 (2QFY2026) from RM7.36 million a year earlier, despite revenue climbing to a more than three-year high. 

CapitaLand Malaysia Trust (KL:CLMT) is eyeing acquisitions in Penang, Johor and the Klang Valley to expand its industrial and logistics segment, as it works towards a 20% assets under management (AUM) mix by 2028.
