The group, via its wholly-owned unit Advancecon Infra Sdn Bhd (AISB), has accepted the Letter of Acceptance from Sime Darby Property (Bukit Raja) Sdn Bhd for the appointment of AISB as the contractor for the proposed construction and completion of earthworks and other related works for the development of Phase 2 (R6, R8, R9, and C5) at Bandar Bukit Raja 2, Kapar district. 

Salehuddin, 58, is also the treasurer of Johor Heritage Foundation.

In a bourse filing, BLand said its 80%-owned subsidiary, BDS Smart City Co Ltd, has served a written notice on the Yangon Region Government (YRG) to terminate the concession agreement due to non-fulfilment of conditions. The agreement was signed on Feb 7, 2020.

Quarterly revenue rose 13.67% year-on-year (y-o-y) to RM537.42 million from RM472.78 million. The company proposed a first and final dividend of 2.65 sen per share, which is equivalent to a 4% dividend yield based on its closing price of 66 sen on Feb 24.

Quarterly revenue declined 26.1% to RM233.09 million from RM315.41 million mainly due to lower recognition from the group’s industrial and commercial product

In a trading stocks note today, the research house said if the bullish momentum persists above that level, the stock may climb towards the next resistance level of 56 sen, followed by 59 sen.

In a bourse filing, Haily said its wholly-owned Haily Construction Sdn Bhd has accepted the letter of award for the new job from DP Architects Sdn Bhd on behalf of Country View Bhd's unit Country View Resources Sdn Bhd to build phase one of a tourist strata development located in Aurora Sentral, Pulai.
