Crown’s latest project to be a landmark building

SYDNEY: Crown International Holdings Group Ltd’s award-winning development, the 301-303 Botany Road Zetland at Sydney’s new Green Square precinct in Zetland, will be Sydney’s new landmark. The 20-storey development was designed by Koichi Takada Architects and is situated in the heart of Green Square, which is part of an A$8 billion (RM24 billion) redevelopment project.

London mansion to be sold in open market

KUALA LUMPUR: Known for its starring role in 2010’s award-winning film The King’s Speech, 33 Portland Place is being sold for an expected £25 million (RM132 million) to £30 million despite not having an exact price guide. The sale, conducted by Knight Frank LLP, will be through legal tenders by Sept 16, 2014.

Alzac Viva sells 70% of its Riverville Residences

KUALA LUMPUR: Alzac Viva Sdn Bhd has to date sold about 70% of the units of its first residential development, Riverville Residences, which was officially launched in mid-July. The condominium, located in the Old Klang Road area, sits on 4.73 acres (1.9ha) of freehold land.

MRCB to pump RM816.6m into MX-1 project

KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysian Resources Corp Bhd (MRCB), which in July this year won the bid to develop the RM8 billion MX-1 project, will spend RM816.6 million for a 70% stake in a special purpose vehicle (SPV) company known as Kwasa Development (2) Sdn Bhd, tasked to undertake the project.
