PETALING JAYA (Jan 28): Mah Sing Group Bhd will be opening all of its sales galleries during the Chinese New Year holiday and organising an ang pow giveaway close to RM100,000 in incentives across selected sales galleries, which include Ferringhi Residence 2, Erica & Acacia @ Meridin East, Meridin Medini 1, IPARC @ PTP, Sensory Residence, M Vertica and M Aruna.
According to the developer in a statement, this is to continue its efforts to assist Malaysians in owning affordable-range properties under the ongoing “LIFT OFF with Mah Sing” sales campaign.
The “LIFT OFF with Mah Sing” sales campaign showcases 21 projects for 2022. Among them, seven upcoming new projects are M Astra in Setapak, M Vertica (Tower E) and M Nova in Kuala Lumpur, M Aruna and M Panora in Rawang, M Senyum (Phase 1A) in Selangor, and Meridin East @ Erica (Phases 2 and 3) in Johor.
The 14 ongoing projects are M Adora in Wangsa Melawati, M Luna in Kepong, M Vertica in Kuala Lumpur, M Oscar off Kuchai Lama, Kuala Lumpur, M Centura in Sentul, M Arisa in Kuala Lumpur, M Aruna (Carya) and Sensory in Rawang, M Vista and Feringghi Residence 2 in Penang, as well as Meridin Bayvue, Meridin East, Meridin East @ Ixora and IPARC in Johor.
Mah Sing’s Chinese New Year activities include lion dance, feng shui talks, singing performances and many more at selected sales galleries. Walk-ins are welcome subject to policy and standard operating procedures.
