At Vogue Suites 1 @ KL Eco City, Kuala Lumpur the average transacted price jumped by 20%, from RM1 million in 2023 to RM1.2 million in 2024 (source: EdgeProp EPIQ).

According to Ernest Ong (REN 24216) (012-988 3280) of City Crest Realtors, the buyer saw value in the high-floor unit with a premium view and balcony, located in a highly sought-after block just steps from Mid Valley and The Gardens. It was a rare find at a price just slightly above the original purchase.
