KUALA LUMPUR: Bina Puri Holdings Bhd has secured a contract worth RM158.36 million to construct housing and infrastructure in Brunei.

Its subsidiary Bina Puri (B) Sdn Bhd entered into a subcontract agreement with Chuon Tzu Construction Company Sdn Bhd on Dec 3 to undertake a project known as "Skim Tanah Kurnia Rakyat Jati Kampung Lugu: Kerja-kerja Infrastruktur and Perumahan, Negara Brunei Darussalam", it said on Monday, Dec 20.

Including this contract, the company's current book order stands at RM3.31 billion, while the value of new projects in 2010 rose to RM2.62 billion.

The project is expected to be completed within 36 months.
