Daya Materials bags RM57m project

KUALA LUMPUR (May 16): Daya Materials Bhd has secured a construction contract from Gemesis Malaysia Sdn Bhd for RM57 million.

The project, awarded to Daya Materials' wholly-owned subsidiary, Daya CMT Sdn Bhd, is for the construction of a new one-storey factory and two-storey office and facilities in Taman Sains Pulau Pinang.

The company said the project is scheduled to begin next month and is expected to be completed within nine months. — Bernama
