DKSH sells PJ land for RM30m

KUALA LUMPUR (June 21): DKSH Holdings (M) Bhd is disposing of its 1.9-acre land in Section 13, Petaling Jaya to Absoland Sdn Bhd for RM30 million cash. The sale consists of the leasehold land with a warehouse and an office building.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, DKSH said the property is a non-strategic asset and the proceeds raised would be utilised more effectively in the group's core operations.
