KUALA LUMPUR: Harmony Residence in Penang has already achieved a take-up rate of 70%, said Boon Siew Group's property division executive director Alfred Chew.
The condo project — developed by Boon Siew Group via its unit Taman Sri Bunga Sdn Bhd — is currently under construction on an acre of freehold land at Tanjung Bungah, Penang.
The "super condominium" which contains 29 spacious units occupying a floor each is only available for private viewing, he said.
The upscale 31-storey residence has a gross development value (GDV) of RM85 million and comprises 28 units with a built-up of 5,025 sq ft and a penthouse with a rooftop garden.
It also features a four-level basement car park, a gym and terrace in the middle and a sky garden on top of the building.
A lobby butler and concierge services are also available, while residents will enjoy private access to their units and communal amenities are kept to a minimum.
The units are priced from RM2.6 million to RM3.8 million.
"Owners will be purchasing a lifestyle concept as opposed to just another high-rise property," said Chew.
Boon Siew Group, which is also involved in distributing Honda vehicles and running Gunung Raya Golf Resort in Langkawi, Kedah, has been involved in real estate since the 1950s.
Harmony Residence is scheduled for completion by June next year.
