Tropicana

PETALING JAYA (March 22): Thriven Global Bhd plans to unveil the 2-storey Soho (small office-home office) suites of Lumi Tropicana early May this year, with indicative selling prices from RM600,000.

Lumi Tropicana comprises 62 units sized between 753 sq ft and 764 sq ft. The project is located directly opposite the popular Tropicana Golf & Country Resort in Persiaran Tropicana.

The project is now opened for registration, Thriven Global managing director Ghazie Yeoh Abdullah told TheEdgeProperty.com.

"The Soho units are for those who desire a work, live, play environment, and comprise a dynamic retail podium that features cafes, a supermarket, and other leisure amenities.

"They are designed to offer a professional work space on the ground floor and a stylish living area on the upper floor, providing a flexible live-work space for the young professionals," said Ghazie.

Lumi Soho is one of the three phases of Lumi Tropicana – a 6.4-acre leasehold development which will offer a total of four themed blocks of 744 units of serviced residences (under phases one and three).

Phase two comprises the 62 Soho units and The Lumi Marketplace which boasts retail, food and lifestyle choices. The development has a gross development value (GDV) of RM850 million.

According to Ghazie, the first of the two blocks of serviced residences in phase one has been totally sold while the second block has chalked up 60% sales to date.

The two towers in phase one are called Play and Action with units sized between 862 sq ft and 2,218 sq ft. Priced at an average of RM900 psf, the units come with fittings, such as kitchen cabinets, storage cabinets and wardrobes.

Ghazie sees the unique selling point of Lumi Tropicana in its strategic location and a well-planned development offering both residential and commercial components.
