KUALA LUMPUR: Damansara Realty Bhd recorded a net profit of RM2.63 million from a net loss of RM2.72 million a year ago in its thuird quarter (3Q) financial statements ended Sept 30, 2010, the group announced on Monday, Nov 29.

Revenue earned during the same period rose 194% to RM25.18 million from RM8.571 million a year ago.

KUALA LUMPUR: MUI Properties Bhd recorded a net loss of RM1.19 million compared to a net loss of RM1.21 million a year ago in its third quarter (3Q) financial statements ended Sept 30, 2010, the group announced on Monday, Nov 29.

Revenue earned, however, increased by 63% to RM5.98 million from RM3.68 million a year ago.

KUALA LUMPUR: Mitrajaya Holdings Bhd recorded a drop in net profit of 16% to RM15.9 million compared to RM19,028 million a year ago in its third quarter (3Q) financial results ended Sept 30, 2010, the group announced on Monday, Nov 29.

Revenue earned during the same period, however, increased by 7% to RM83.362 million from RM77.629 million a year ago.

KUALA LUMPUR: Prinsiptek Corporation Bhd recorded a drop in net profit of 43% to RM406,000 from RM716,000 a year ago in its third quarter (3Q) financial statements ended Sept 30, 2010, the group announced on Monday, Nov 29.

Revenue collected during the same period increase by 37% to RM60.30 million from RM43.95 million a year ago.

KUALA LUMPUR: Perduren Bhd recorded a drop in net profit by 58% to RM387,000 from RM922,000 a year ago in its second quarter (2Q) financial statements ended Sept 30, 2010, the group announced on Monday, Nov 29.

Revenue earned for the same period dropped by 5% to RM5.078 million from RM5.365 million a year ago.

KUALA LUMPUR: Focal Aims Holdings Bhd reported a net loss of RM771,000 compared to a net loss of RM2.86 million a year ago for its fourth quarter (4Q) financial results ended Sept 30, 2010, the group announced on Monday, Nov 29.

Revenue earned however, increased by 47% to RM15.13 million from RM10.27 million a year ago.

KUALA LUMPUR: Metro Kajang Holdings Bhd recorded a 52% increase in net profit to RM11.95 million from RM7.884 million a year ago for its fourth quarter (4Q) financial results ended Sept 30, 2010, the group announced on Monday, Nov 29.

Revenue earned for the same period, however, dropped 23% to RM73.56 million from RM95.80 million a year ago.
