Taman Tun Dr Ismail (TTDI) residents have filed their appeal to the Court of Appeal against the High Court's dismissal of their judicial review to challenge the approval for the development at TRK.

Glomac said the proposed disposal is intended to facilitate future development of land banks held under the Glomac group of companies.

The serviced apartment includes 147 studio apartments sized between a range of 34 sq m to 37 sq m, and 105 one-bedroom apartments sized from 36 sq m to 43 sq m.  

IWH-CREC is Bandar Malaysia's master developer, and owns 60% of the project, with the remaining stake held by the Ministry of Finance.

This follows a High Court's order for priorities and payment of the proceeds towards the specially set up fund, which will house funds channelled illegally out of 1MDB.

"It said the land comprises individual parcels of vacant agriculture land adjacent or adjoining each other, adding that the current market value of the land is about RM10 per sq ft."
