IJM Land Bhd, the property development arm of IJM Corp Bhd, will be having several launches in September at its Bandar Rimbayu township located at the south of Kota Kemuning.

The project will commence upon site possession, with completion within 24 months.

The tender is open to firms who have advised on large public-private partnership infrastructure projects including HSR projects of similar size and complexity or firms with experience in providing project management, technical, commercial or legal advisory services relating to HSR and/or rail projects of 200km of track.

The collaboration enables Allianz Life Insurance and Allianz General Insurance Co to underwrite three insurance schemes for IJM Land homebuyers for 36 months from the date of signing of the sales and purchase (S&P) agreement, at no additional cost
