Located at Niseko, one of the best powder-skiing destinations in Japan, MY ecolodge is a designer-inspired hostel with 50 double or twin rooms and 18 bunk rooms, and a total of 172 beds. MY ecolodge also provides dorm rooms for larger groups.

“The hostel is designed to be environmental friendly and many eco attributes have been incorporated into the property’s design and delivery of services, ensuring the beautiful nature of Niseko, Hokkaido is so famous for remains green into the future,” Low Yat Group said in a recent statement.

With firm positioning implemented towards sustainability, the lodge encourages guests to embrace its house rules of protecting and preserving the environment through its various initiatives.

“From the towels and linen change, conservative usage of energy and water, promoting environmental-friendly cleaning products, the use of high efficiency LED bulbs throughout the hostel, these are the few but many efforts that have been set up to cultivate an eco-friendly lifestyle,” the company noted.

The lodge caters mainly to the needs of students, groups and budget travellers. It offers amenities including free high-speed Wi-Fi, common lounge, activities information desks, and activity packages to guests in group.

MY ecolodge is managed by Fairlane Hospitality, which is currently managing Shiki Niseko, a 5-star resort at a nearby location known for its fine hospitality and service.
