Mah Sing’s M City final block will be handed over by 4Q2016

PETALING JAYA (May 13): Mah Sing Group’s M City at Jalan Ampang, Kuala Lumpur, will see its final block heading for delivery of Vacant Possession (VP) by 4Q2016, said the developer.

The company’s group managing director Tan Sri Leong Hoy Kum said in a press release that M City is part of Mah Sing’s Iconic Series, which includes Icon Tun Razak, Icon Residence and Icon City.

“The Iconic Series is part of the Group’s revolutionary developments to change the Kuala Lumpur skyline,” he added.

The five-acre freehold integrated development has a gross development value (GDV) of RM1.6 billion. It comprises three towers – Tower 1, Tower 2 and Tower 3 – housing a total of 1,585 units of boutique retail shops, SoHo units, serviced apartments and Sky Residences.

“M City has impressive take-up rates as Tower 1 and Tower 2 have been fully sold and Tower 3 is at a 92% take-up rate,” said Leong.

He noted that Tower 1 has been handed over and Tower 2 is in the midst of handing over of VP, while Tower 3 is heading for delivery by the final quarter of this year.

M City’s residential units comprise serviced apartments as well as Sky Residences.

There are a total of 1,104 serviced apartments with built-ups ranging from 506 sq ft to 2,724 sq ft; Sky Residences has a total of 48 units with built-ups ranging between 827 sq ft and 1,926 sq ft.

The serviced apartments and Sky Residences units are priced from RM537,800 and RM2.57 million, respectively.

M City’s commercial components include a total of 401 SoHo units, with built-ups ranging from 781 sq ft to 1,469 sq ft, and 32 boutique retail shops, with built-ups ranging from 612 sq ft to 5,786 sq ft. The SoHo and boutique retail shops are priced from RM579,800 and RM8.01 million, respectively.

Leong said another feature of M City that makes it unique compared to other developments is its Altitude Club, which has a host of facilities on Level 23 to 26 for its residents to utilise.

To further enhance the features of M City, Mah Sing Group will be unveiling its hanging gardens on Level 11 (Bamboo Groove), Level 17 (Spring Park), Level 23 (Altitude Sky Club), Level 29 (Tropical Sanctuary) and Level 35 (Sky Garden) by 3Q2016.

Meanwhile, to further improve convenience for its residents, M City will also be launching its mobile application in 3Q2016, allowing them to make bookings for any of M City’s facilities through their mobile devices.
