KUALA LUMPUR (May 13): UEM Sunrise unveiled its RM350 million KAIA Heights development, which is situated in Equine Park, Seri Kembangan, in conjunction with its Riang Ria Raya Ceria campaign.

In a press statement, the developer highlighted that the campaign offers benefits under the Home Ownership Campaign (ends May 31) such as duit raya, vouchers, and lucky dip goodies worth up to RM10,000. The Riang Ria Raya Ceria campaign ends on June 30.

The 19.24-acre KAIA Heights features four towers. Phase 1 has two 30-storey towers and the remaining two towers will be in Phase 2 and will be launched at a later date. Phase 1 has a total of 517 units with built-ups from 972 sq ft to 1,437 sq ft. Selling price ranges from RM567,800 to RM873,800. KAIA Heights purchasers will immediately enjoy RM5,888 duit raya.

According to UEM Sunrise Chief Marketing Officer Kenny Wong: “This may be our second year of celebrating Hari Raya Aidilfitri under the Movement Control Order, we still have much to be thankful for and we want to bring some cheer and happiness from our UEM Sunrise homes to yours.

“Buying a home is a huge decision and we want to make that an exciting experience for our customers when they purchase our properties. With the Government’s Home Ownership Campaign coming to an end this month, this is the very last chance to enjoy its benefits and the stamp duty exemptions,” he added.

Meanwhile, the campaign's digital activation features a video series whereby a host will invite viewers to virtual UEM Sunrise open houses. “By RSVP-ing the video invitation, a friendly company sales representative will bring customers on a virtual tour of the open houses where they can marvel at the happiness, potential and opportunity that a UEM Sunrise home can bring,” the press statement stated.

Potential buyers can also view properties on the developers revamped website that include 360 degree show unit tours, live chat with Customer Experience staff and a loan calculator.
