KUALA LUMPUR (Sept 7): BON Estates’ #BonWithYou promotional campaign that ran from Aug 16 to Sept 18 involving the deployment of a ‘Kombi Van’ style to different parts of the Klang Valley drew in the crowds, especially the “new generation of home seekers”.

The “eye-catching Kombi Van” was colourfully decorated in themes that showcased the new Bon Kiara project in Mont’Kiara.

The “event-on-wheels”, jointly-organised with EdgeProp, was also “fully-loaded” with fun activities, games and offered big prizes.

Visitors to the Kombi Van engaged in on-the-spot challenges and activities, as well as short surveys, with an opportunity to take home free giveaways. These included goodie bags, care kits and Touch n’ Go e-vouchers worth RM5, RM10 and RM20.

A key highlight of the event was a social media challenge to help spread the word about Bon Kiara -- participants were required to take “interesting shots” of the Kombi Van and surrounding event to be posted on their favourite social media channels with the hashtag #bonwithyou. The prize: a staycation at the Banyan Tree Kuala Lumpur.

The three most outstanding and impactful social media posts were chosen as winners of the competition on Oct 1.

In addition to hosting games and activities, the Kombi Van also promoted distinctive elements from BON Estates’ latest project, such as verdant greenery etched on its façade and a large in-built LED screen feature to help share key points with the public.

Members of the BON Estates staff were also on hand to conduct surveys, answer queries and invite those interested to visit the Bon Kiara show unit located at the BON Estates Gallery in 57 Jalan Penaga, Bangsar.

“We’re always keen to share our BON Estates lifestyle philosophy in new and interesting ways, and our recent Kombi Van campaign has certainly allowed us to continue our tradition of interacting with our customer base in very personal, genuine and fun ways. It was also a great way to offer a sneak peak at the outstanding lifestyle on offer at our upcoming Bon Kiara project,” said BON Estates chief executive officer Chan Jin-Wy.

Chan said the event was a great success, not only because it generated important leads and captured many registrations of interest, but also as it created an opportunity to engage with potential customers.

“BON Estates is mindful that our events provide important opportunities to establish a genuine connection between our brand and home aspirants, and we go out of our way to ensure we create a platform that allows the exchange of ideas.

“We take a collaborative approach to our craft, and listening to perspectives, ideas and aspirations that will shape the buyer demand of tomorrow plays a big role in the constant evolution of our own ideas, determining how we fulfil the desires of our customers in the future,” he added.

Bon Kiara will be a benchmark development that follows this ideology, Chan said.
