Izzat deemed the deal a good one because of the home’s strategic location in Shah Alam, and it was one of the best deals for both parties. 

As of the beginning of April, there were 100 for-sale listings for properties at Section 9 on EdgeProp.my with an average asking price of RM3,458,700 or RM547.2 psf. Meanwhile, there were eight rental listings with an average monthly rent of RM5,025 or RM1.23 psf.
