KUANTAN (Aug 8): The Pahang government has lined up 145 PR1MA housing projects to increase access to affordable and quality homes across the state, said Menteri Besar Datuk Seri Wan Rosdy Wan Ismail.

He said the initiative is part of the state’s continued efforts to enhance public welfare through sustainable housing development.

To date, 8,614 units have been completed and handed over to homeowners, while 2,653 units are under construction in various locations.

“The remainder are in the planning phase and will be implemented in stages based on each area’s development potential,” he said at the PR1MA Pahang Sri Damai key handover ceremony and the launch of PR1MA Pahang Pandan and Sungai Soi projects here on Friday.

At the event, Wan Rosdy handed over keys to 196 PR1MA Sri Damai homeowners, and launched 266 units under PR1MA Pahang Pandan and 110 semi-detached homes under PR1MA Pahang Sungai Soi.
